My name is Justus Auman and I'm from Rockford, IL.

My vision is to open Comics and Coasters, a comic book/coffee shop where art, stories, games, and caffeine collide to create a haven of hope.

I want to provide a space where people of all levels of nerdiness can feel at home.

My journey with comic books began when I was 12 years old, starting with the Uncanny X-Men. Since then, I've been captivated by the unique storytelling medium that comic books offer. One of the most rewarding aspects is introducing people to new stories and watching their excitement grow.

When I'm not busy working on the business, I'm usually immersed in the latest comic book story, exploring new narratives and discovering fresh perspectives. Join me at my new Comic Shop, and let's embark on this comic book adventure together!
